Talk With Me is a free, all-in-one scheduling, payments and video call solution! Claim your shareable link, set your hourly rate and scheduling preferences, and start getting paid for your time.
Bookings are entirely private between guests and hosts; we will never share information about what meetings took place.
Talk With Me is passwordless! Our authentication relies on phone numbers, verification codes, and browser cookies so you'll never need to keep track of a password.

Talk With Me is for anyone who would like to accept paid or unpaid appointments. Talk With Me is a platform that combines scheduling, payment, and video calls all in one.
People from the following professions are already using Talk With Me: realtors, celebrities, CRM experts, advisors, consultants, executives, airplane brokers, plumbers, fitness instructors, and interior designers.

Short Answer: No.
At this time, it is against our Terms of Service to record a session - video and/or audio - as either the guest or the host in a call.
In the future, we plan to introduce new functionality to allow recordings, but both parties must consent prior to the call. Stay tuned for more info!

Absolutely, but not on a mobile phone. Both parties can even share their screens simultaneously. A number of great collaboration tools are built-in, even fun ones like Chess!
Short Answer: not yet, but you can add Talk With Me to your phone just like an app!
To add Talk With Me to your home screen, start by navigating to whichever page you would like to open by default (e.g., your dashboard) and then follow the instructions for your device:
iOS Devices: tap on the Share icon (very bottom-middle of your iPhone, it looks like a square with an arrow pointing out of the top). Scroll down and tap
Add to Home Screen and overwrite the existing
App text with
Talk With Me. Tap
Android Devices: tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap
Add to home screen. Choose a name for the website shortcut, then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
When you make a booking request, we only share your first and last name in addition to the information you provided during booking. Your email address and phone number are never shared; all communication is facilitated through Talk With Me.
Hosts have up to 24 hours to confirm a booking request OR up until 2 hours before the latest suggested meeting time, whichever is soonest. This ensures that both parties have at least 2 hours of notice, and guests aren't waiting too long to see if a host confirms.
Hosts will either accept or reject your booking and you will receive an automated text message with next steps.
If the host confirms your appointment, follow the link in the text to see details about the confirmed booking time.
10 minutes prior to the start of the video call, both parties will receive a text notification with a link to join the video call on Talk With Me.
After completing the call, both parties will be taken back to their dashboard where they can rate the other party and leave a review.
100% of the payment is refunded to you, the guest. Further, the host will receive a negative review which will impact their ability to stay on the Talk With Me platform.
Talk With Me has a 48 hour dispute window in which either the Host or the Guest may initiate a dispute. If a dispute is opened within this window, our support team will work with both parties to attempt to find an amicable resolution. We will consider the host's profile along with the topic(s) you stated you would like to discuss at the time of booking to help determine as objectively as possible the best solution.
Add your shareable link (talkw.me/@yourhandle) to your social media profiles, your email signature and even replace website contact forms with it. Ensure you've added your social media links to your profile and set your scheduling preferences.
You should also set up your Stripe payout preferences by heading to Billing so you can receive payouts.
Short Answer: Set the times you are most likely to be free each week and guests are encouraged to pick those times
Just because you have free time on your calendar doesn't necessarily mean it's the ideal time to meet with someone. We think you know your schedule best; pick blocks of times you think are most likely to be free each week and edit again at any time.
When a guest views your host profile and begins to fill out a booking request, they are shown the soonest available times from your preferred times (see the scheduling section above) and instructed to choose up to 5 options. Guests can still suggest other times, but they are discouraged from doing so.
After a request is submitted, you'll receive a notification with a link to review. Don't keep your guest waiting! Click the link (or visit https://talkw.me/review) to accept/reject the booking which includes the ability to leave notes for your guest.
After the booking is accepted/rejected, the guest receives a text notification.
As a host, the only information we will ever share with guests is the info on your host profile (e.g., display name, title, handle).
We will never share personal information such as your full name, email address, or phone number.
You - the host - are still entitled to 100% of the payment for no-shows. At your discretion, you can allow the guest to reschedule or provide a partial or full refund. Please submit a request via the Help & Feedback form.
Talk With Me releases payment 48 hours after the end of the scheduled session providing no dispute is initiated by either party. For any sessions with disputes, Talk With Me will work expeditiously to resolve the issue and release payment.
Talk With Me does not support multiple attendees joining from separate devices even when sharing a single account. If two guests are able to join, please let us know.
It is possible, however, that multiple guests may attempt to join via one physical webcam. If this happens, the host may choose to end the call and dispute the booking or may choose to continue the call.
We suggest adding your shareable link (talkw.me/@yourhandle) wherever you can! This includes social media profiles, YouTube content descriptions, websites, business cards, etc. Below are our specific recommendations based on platform:

You can create multiple appointment types and set the name, hourly rate, duration options and availability based on the service or business they pertain to,.
You can obtain a Google Voice number here. You get one free phone number per personal gmail account. If you have a google business account, you can get as many as you want at a cost of $10/month per phone number.
Short Answer: Talk With Me has zero subscriptions, monthly fees, or signup costs. When booking paid sessions, guests and hosts cover third-party credit card processing fees and a platform fee if the booking originated from our marketplace. That's it!
Free appointments are always free. Full stop. No hidden fees or monthly subscriptions to pay.
When guests make paid bookings with hosts, a credit card processing fee charged by our payment processor is added to the total at checkout (e.g., a total of $103.30 for a booking fee of $100).
Later, when funds are distributed to hosts, a marketplace fee will be deducted (typically 10%) IF the booking originated from our marketplace. Finally, a nominal disbursement fee charged by our payment processor (0.25% + $0.25) is deducted from the payout (e.g., a payout of $99.50 on a booking fee of $100 OR $89.52 if it originated from the marketplace).
Short Answer: full refunds are given for cancellations 24 hours in advance of a booking OR before a booking is confirmed

Cancellations within 4 hours and no-shows: no refunds will be made; hosts can reschedule at their discretion
We never store credit card information. We utilize Stripe - the premier online payment processor - to handle all transactions. Stripe provides industry leading security, flexibility and competitive fees.
When a guest makes a booking request, Stripe places a hold on your credit card for the total amount. Once the host confirms the appointment, Stripe finalizes the charge.
After payment has been collected, Talk With Me holds the funds in escrow to protect both parties.
Both parties have a 48 hour dispute window to contact our support team about issues that arose during the call.
After the dispute window closes, funds are released to the host unless a dispute was initiated.
After your call, use the Help and Feedback form to notify us of your dispute. Please include relevant information about the call, including the name of the host and what went wrong.
Once a dispute has been created, we will hold payouts to hosts until our team has had time to investigate. We will consider relevant factors in the booking, including when either party joined/left the call, to help us arrive at a meaningful resolution.
